ABOUT ME

Hey, I’m Abby.

I love fitness and I love awakening fitness in others.

I have since I was a baby—maybe even before that.

My parents tell me I’d crawl head first down the stairs and climb up the pantry shelves in search of Cheerios.

I’ve always been a seeker of adventure, fascinated and enthralled with movement, and a chaser of infinite expansion.

Our lives can become so small when our minds shrink.

My job is to help you look at what beliefs and thoughts are limiting your life as a whole organism, and delve into all of the perspectives and practices you can utilize as brushes in your art-kit to fully express yourself.

I believe that we can only go as far and teach as deep as we have gone and experienced ourselves.

This has driven me to be a forever student of life and movement, diving into the trenches of yoga, meditation, weight lifting, long distance running, fasting, all types of therapy, writing, dancing, literal hot and cold therapies, and more.

The result is my methodology and coaching practice—honed by the psychology background I received at the University of Michigan and the many courses I have taken since.

I am passionate about empowering everyone from the little girl or boy to the “elder” woman to unleash her very best self.
